Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. **Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund to your account; we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
