How to Use Lash & Brow Lift
Achieving lifted lashes and brows requires the right technique. Follow these step-by-step instructions for long-lasting results. Proper application ensures a flawless, natural-looking lift. With Lash & Brow Lift, you can achieve beautifully defined lashes and brows effortlessly.
Step 1: Cleanse the Area
Start with a clean surface for better adhesion. Use a foaming lash cleanser to remove oil, dirt, and makeup residue. Gently massage the cleanser into the lashes and brows. Rinse thoroughly with water and let them dry completely. A clean base allows the lifting solution to work effectively.
Step 2: Protect Lower Lashes
Place an eyepatch over the lower lashes before applying any product. This prevents them from sticking to the upper lashes. Ensuring separation avoids an uneven lift. Adjust the eyepatch if necessary for comfort.
Step 3: Secure the Silicon Rods
Apply a small amount of lifting glue to the back of the silicon rods. Position them carefully on the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. Press gently to ensure they stay in place. The rods help create the desired curl and lift.
Step 4: Align the Lashes
Spread a thin layer of lifting glue over the silicon rods. Use a Y Comb to roll and position the lashes upwards. Ensure they are evenly spaced and straight. Proper alignment prevents crisscrossing or uneven results.
Step 5: Apply the Lifting Solution
Using a micro brush, apply Step 1 lifting solution to the lashes. Cover only the mid-to-end sections, avoiding the roots. Leave the solution on for 8–12 minutes, depending on hair thickness. Thicker lashes may require the full time, while finer lashes need less.
Step 6: Remove the Lifting Solution
Use a lint-free wand to remove Step 1 solution gently. Wipe away excess product without pulling on the lashes. Ensuring complete removal helps the next step work effectively.
Step 7: Apply the Setting Solution
Apply Step 2 setting solution to lock in the lift. Leave it on for 5–8 minutes. The maximum recommended time is 10 minutes for thicker hair. Do not exceed this limit to prevent over-processing.
A slightly moist lint-free wand can assist in this step. Use only a small amount of water.
Step 8: Remove the Setting Solution
Gently remove Step 2 solution with a lint-free wand. Make sure all residue is gone before continuing. This step stabilizes the lash and brow shape.
Step 9: Apply the Conditioning Solution
Apply Step 3 nourishing solution to restore hydration. Leave it on for 10–15 minutes. This conditioning step strengthens and moisturizes hair. It also helps dissolve any remaining glue.
Step 10: Final Removal and Aftercare
Use a lint-free wand to remove Step 3 solution. Apply a lash treatment serum to keep hair healthy and soft. Comb through lashes and brows for a polished finish.
Lash & Brow Lift Aftercare Tips
To maintain long-lasting results, follow these aftercare steps:
- Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours.
- Do not rub or touch the lifted lashes and brows.
- Use only oil-free cleansers and makeup removers.
- Avoid mascara and brow gel for at least 48 hours.
- Brush lashes and brows daily with a clean spoolie.
- Apply nourishing serums to keep hair healthy and hydrated.
- Do not use waterproof mascara, as it can weaken the lift.
- Sleep on your back to avoid pressing on the lashes and brows.

Shipping & Returns
There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
Liquid products do not support returns and exchanges.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@swaniyalashes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return within 7 days for a refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive defective product.
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
Once items are shipped, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost.
If a you wants to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email or Chat. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.
If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
